Today WLBOTT celebrates the summer solstice! As the earth circles the sun, the tilt of our planet gives the northern hemisphere the longest amount of sunlight.
Celebrated in many ways around the world, in Texas the solstice means that the days will get shorter, hopefully resulting in a cool front in October or November.
