The Canadian Connection: Rosalyn/Atlantic Sea Cucumber Company
As it happens, as it was meant to happen, there’s a company in Nova Scotia, called the Atlantic Sea Cucumber Company, that accounts for about 50% of Canadian-harvested sea cucumbers.
They have a pretty cool web site, but also a pretty cool Amazon store site. These images are from their Amazon site:
