WLBOTT’s Got The Blues

So, a cool front blew through Austin yesterday. Not a blue northern. When a “cool” front blows thru Austin in August, it means:

  • the wind shifts from the north
  • the humidity drops
  • it gets roaring hot, since there’s less water to heat up in the sky

Note how the 0 mph (0 kph for our Canadian friends) wind is from the north.

It’s pretty amazing how much water the air can hold. A function of pressure and temperature, but for example:

But we digress. Blue Northerns, WLBOTT Blues, Songs w/Blue….
