[thanks to UC#3 for today’s BLOTT topic]
Dear UC#4 – excellent idea. But if the pandemic taught us anything, we can’t be dependent on supply chains and we must be flexible in our product requirements. Thus, I introduce a two part concept:
1 – Expand the definition of ‘twine’ to include ‘rope’ – aka ‘trope’.
B – acquire sufficient linear space on the [redacted] Block of [redacted] in Austin to open our own trope manufacturing facility. 1000’ (330m) of linear space will be required. Perhaps moving into the former IBM space or UT J. J. Pickle Research Facility would be more efficient.
Capital investment, will be required, But since Elon Musk is now an Austin resident [ed. note: and a WLBOTT regular], this shouldn’t be a problem.

Semi-Sequitur: DIY Stonehenge
“A man from Michigan has discovered how to move and lift 20+ tonne blocks by using only wood, pebbles, counterweights and man power. He creates a compelling argument for the methods used in the construction of Stonehenge.”

Aren’t there better ways to stick it to the man?
WLBOTT Rope/Twine Making
We have been in the twine business since pre-pre-history:
In Roman times, WLBOTT twine makers were celebrated as gods.
WLBOTT support never waivered, even during the Middle Ages.
WLBOTT helped tame the Wild West through twine manufacturing:
