Combining the microbus, I offer the following limerick:
The WLBOTT vagabonds traveled via microbus and slept in a yurt They would set up their temporary dwelling and sleep on the dirt When ready to leave, they would pack up the yurt and move A painted peace sign and flowers on the bus set a groove And when they stopped and set up camp, the local hippie lassies would stop by to flirt

Microbuses and the Feynman Big Bang Connection
Driving down the Interstate highway, Sheldon is again complaining about being taken against his will into a hippie’s mobile sex dungeon. Howard hints that there is something very special about this minivan. Sheldon asks if it runs on syphilis. The van they are using once belonged to Richard Feynman, one of Sheldon’s favorite physicists.
The theme of the trip is to go to Mexico in Richard Feynman’s van to stay in the house that Richard Feynman’s house bought with the money he was given for his Nobel Prize. “Viva la Imodium”, shouts Sheldon.
Sheldon wonders if everyone has their yellow fever shots. He got one just to go to EPCOT.
So, I’m gathering interesting background material for our [redacted – no spoilers!] posts. But to fill in the gaps, there will be some shorter posts. As our corporate motto says:

p.s. UC#2 recently had an Uber driver from Kyrgyzstan and they had a great conversation. Among other things, the driver suggested Kyrgyzstan has the best sushi in the world…. what????
Kyrgyzstan
Kyrgyzstan, officially the Kyrgyz Republic, is a landlocked country in Central Asia, lying in the Tian Shan and Pamir mountain ranges. Bishkek is the capital and largest city of the country. Kyrgyzstan is bordered by Kazakhstan to the north, Uzbekistan to the west, Tajikistan to the south, and China to the east and southeast. Ethnic Kyrgyz make up the majority of the country’s 7 million people, followed by significant minorities of Uzbeks and Russians.
Kyrgyzstan’s history spans a variety of cultures and empires. Although geographically isolated by its highly mountainous terrain, Kyrgyzstan has been at the crossroads of several great civilizations as part of the Silk Road along with other commercial routes.
Kyrgyz is derived from the Turkic word for “We are forty”, believed to refer to the forty clans of Manas, a legendary hero who united forty regional clans. -Stan is a suffix in Persian meaning “place of”.

Let’s Get High!
Jengish Chokusu is the highest mountain in Kyrgyzstan and Earth’s highest mountain north of 39°N. It is considered the most northerly 7,000-metre mountain in the world by geologists; the actual rock summit of Khan Tengri, the Tian Shan’s third-highest peak, is 6,995m above sea level, though a thick layer of ice adds another 15m to its altitude, such that mountaineers consider it a 7,000m peak.

Caravanserai
A caravanserai was a roadside inn where travelers (caravaners) could rest and recover from the day’s journey. Caravanserais supported the flow of commerce, information and people across the network of trade routes covering Asia, North Africa and Southeast Europe, most notably the Silk Road. Often located along rural roads in the countryside, urban versions of caravanserais were also historically common in cities throughout the Islamic world,
Caravanserai (Persian: کاروانسرای), is the Persian compound word variant combining kārvān “caravan” with -sarāy “palace”, “building with enclosed courts”.
