Rule #1 – this has to be positive and not dwell on climate change, political turmoil, etc. what is an optimistic and inventive view of 2124?

Thanks for letting me put in my two cents (with inflation, maybe it’s more like a dollar CDN):
What an interesting exercise!
What I foresee is a different version of “The Handmaids’ Tale,” in which every girl baby is welcomed and respected as sacred (a la traditional indigenous people’s beliefs) for her life-giving potential.
As she grows, she does not have to be fearful of sexual exploitation, since she is recognized and revered as being an autonomous being, and the regulator of her reproductive capacity. Her procreativity is protected and secured.
People’s physicality is viewed as their outward shell and their inner being is more admired and treasured.
Every sexual contact is made conscientiously, since the human being that might ensue is a treasured human being. The people who contribute to the fertilization of the fetus take full responsibility for raising that child to maturity. There is no such thing as “casual sex.” There is no rape or incest, since perpetrators have found different ways to assuage any prurient interests.
All individuals are cared for in a way that maximizes their human potential, and their ability to contribute to the success and productivity of the collective group is the main motivation. Women—or even men–are free to pursue whatever education, training and occupational pursuits that interest them, and provide them with the most life satisfaction. Money is not the object, but the reaching the state of self-actualization, in which individuals’ talents, skills, interests, abilities are captured and directed in ways that they find fulfilling.
The future of the planet is an all encompassing goal. People are able to understand that every action they take contributes to the overall success of the human race and the environment. People of different abilities and diversities are valued for their contributions.
